Ideal to design and to develop nanostructures when is desired to work with unsteady suspensions at Room Temperature and molten polymers, waxes or starches. Includes:

– HEATING SYSTEM

Thanks to this unit, you could keep the temperature of the solution in the syringe and tube along the experiment. Temperature can reach up to 100ºC.

– TEMPERATURE CONTROL UNIT

Allows to control Temperature in the working chamber supplying a controlled stream of heated air commanded via the touch screen.

The user can set a temperature in the chamber between RT up to 45ºC (±1ºC).

Ideal to control every condition on the working chamber: Relative Humidity, Temperature and the Air Quality.

– CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT

Rel. Humidity can be modified from 10%-80% (± 5%).

Temperature can be modified from RT up to 45ºC (± 1%).

– HUMIDITY CONTROL UNIT

– STERILIZING UNIT:

Yflow® Professional Electrospinning Lab Machine can also be customized to fulfill the requirements  of  our  customers. Yflow is able to design and include new features from above ones into Yflow® Professional Electrospinning Machine. If you have any requirements which cannot be satisfied with features above such as:

• – UV-Vis CURING LAMP: Consists of an UV/vis lamp for curing photopolymer (shell material) during the atomization process for microencapsulation applications.
• – TRIAXIAL SETUP: Addition of a third syringe pump, driven by stepper motors. This third pump allows the user carrying out tri-axial electrospinning and electrospraying experiments.
• – DESICCATION UNIT: Allows to control Relative Humidity in the chamber supplying a stream of dry air commanded via the touch screen. Relative humidity may be reduced from Room RH to 10%.
